We are fast! If you place your order before 12 p.m. on weekdays, we will ship the same day from our shipping warehouse in Olfen , Germany. Your delivery is then in the hands of DHL and can arrive the next day, but usually takes 1-2 days within Germany and 3-4 days to all other EU countries.

As soon as we have handed over your package to DHL, you will receive an email with your personal tracking number . It is the treasure map for your delivery, so keep it safe. And if after a few days you're wondering where the Carrie Box package went, just check the tracking link. Please be sure to contact us if your delivery has already been on its way to you for more than 10 working days.
