Have you tried the product and still aren't impressed with it? It's a shame, but that can happen. After receiving the goods, you have 30 long days to send unopened or opened products back to us and we will transfer the purchase amount back to you, promised. The right of withdrawal for opened products can only be claimed once per product: Duplicately ordered and opened products or products that have already been refunded for a previous order are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Please send this back to us together with the products. This way we can assign your return to your order and you will get your money back more quickly.
